The project focuses on developing tumor-agnostic diagnostic tools for brain tumors using circulating tumor DNA (cfDNA) and AI-driven analysis of fragmentomic and epigenetic features. The analytical pipeline will benefit from datasets developed during the Illumina For Startups acceleration.
